I am a doctor - sitting work, on the phone, paperwork. I have overweight parents, but in my life, I was able to keep my weight in check ( I am 6'2'' and weigh 195 pounds - with muscle! My twin sister is 5'7'' and weighs 120). You can do it too. Just follow these simple rules.
